FEATURES

In continuous belt dryers, the product is placed on perforated belts that take it through a drying tunnel where hot air circulates through the belts and the product.

It can be used for any product that requires extensive and careful treatment at low temperature.

 AGROTEC belt dryers can have several features:

• Mono belts, which the product is only transported by one belt.
• Multi-belt dryers, in which the product is transported on several levels with
  different air temperature.

The heating system can be of several types:

• Direct, the flame is projected directly into the drying modules.
• Indirect, drying by means of an exchanger by which we collect the air from the outside and
  heat it up and put it in the drying chamber.

Each module allows us to adjust the speed of the belts as well as the air and water flow rates
temperature, and a heat recovery system can be installed at the customer’s request.
